BeachGlow, a nonprofit dance music concert based in New Jersey, is set to return to Wildwood this year on Saturday, July 4th, from 1:00 to 11:00 P.M. All of this events proceeds will be used to bring music programs and instruments to under-served area schools through a donation made to the Little Kids Rock charity.
BeachGlow 2014 saw names like DVBBS, Klap Slap, Get KunKed and Jai Wolf along with WhiteRaverRafting favorites Gazzo and Kasum on the bill. Though, while this year’s acts haven’t been officially released, history tells us that you won’t be disappointed.
Tickets for BeachGlow 2015 will go on sale February 1st.
“I am so pumped about our charity selection this year. Our mission at BeachGlow, which we’ve redefined this year, is to use the power of music to raise awareness among young people about important social issues and causes and to raise funds for charities that directly impact youth. Little Kids Rock’s mission is to make sure all kids have this powerful medium – music — available to them in school.” – Dane Kunkel, BeachGlow’s 19-year-old founder and CEO.
Last year’s event generated a sold-out crowd of 7,000 fans on July 4th weekend and raised $40,000 for the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. This year BeachGlow will look to exceed their previous accomplishments and their charity of choice, Little Kids Rock, is the perfect fit for their refined visions.
“We are so grateful to be the charity beneficiary of BeachGlow Music Festival 2015. The funds and awareness raised at this festival will help us bring the lifelong gift of music education to thousands of Philadelphia-area schoolchildren in the coming years.” – David Wish, Little Kids Rock founder and CEO.
