After being asked back on deadmau5’s own label compilation We Are Friends, (his first We Are Friends contribution being a remix of BlackGummy’s “KT”,) it’s safe to say Chicago’s own Bentley Dean is stoked to share his original “Coagulation.” The house-centered but bass-heavy release fits in the lane of something mau5trap fans would thrive on, but contains a rough edge – dirty basslines giving the single a powerful flavor as well as longevity – a release that is easy to put on repeat.
