Mau5trap’s techno golden boy, BlackGummy, is deep in the midst of his first-ever headlining tour, Mesophase. He’s quickly become known for his dark and haunting techno/house beats, sending revelers across the US on a deep dive down the rabbit hole. Now, Brooklynites will get their chance to be enthralled by the sounds of this rising LA-based producer. Next week, BlackGummy returns to Output Brooklyn on Thursday, March 22. Joining him will be his Mau5trap fam Attlas and Rinzin in the main room.
Last time we saw BlackGummy at Output was at the after party for the closing night of this past year’s Electric Zoo festival. Following a stellar performance from boss man Deadmau5, BlackGummy took to the decks and awed us all. For many of us, it was our first time seeing this new artist take the stage and we were nothing short of captivated by not only his set, but by the very apparent energy and captivating vibes he brought to the dancefloor.
Before sweeping through Brooklyn, BlackGummy will be going hard b2b with No Mana at Treehouse for Mau5trap’s Miami Music Week show. The Mesophase tour has already touched down in cities like San Diego, Phoenix, Mexico City, Austin, and New Orleans. After its Big Apple stop, it will make its way to eight more cities through the end of March, including DC, Hamilton, Salt Lake City, and the unannounced final show.
For those of you in the New York City area, we’re giving away 2 GA tickets to see BlackGummy at Output. All you have to do to enter is head to RaverRafting’s Twitter page and retweet our latest post on the show for a chance to win. The winner will be chosen at random next week and will be contacted via DM on their account.
