It’s been a hell of a year, and although many record labels and artists like to do a recap of the year, leave that for the blogs. For record labels, we want to hear what’s coming next, and Blackout Music has dont just that with Evolutions Vol 3, giving us smashing tracks from artists that we need to keep an eye on for everything that is drum & bass.
The EP gets started with some liquid drum & bass with Proxima’s “Closely” that’s symphonic builds lead into a synth that seems to dig into the deep and release. Gydra steps it up with over twice the BPM bringing up into “Indoor Space” that will have you dancing at 100mph. Merikan along with The Clamps & Splash Heads keep the energy going with “End of Line” and “Useless” respectfully, and Cod3x rounds it all out with less synths, and hella more bass to close out this drum & bass blast off into 2017.
