Borgeous, KAYZO and Morgan Page Bring the Heat to DC Friday April 1st [Event Preview]

Echostage is known to bring the nation’s capital some of the biggest and best names in electronic music, and April is already off to a great start with an appearance from Borgeous, KAYZO and special guest Morgan Page. This trio of artists creates a solid mix of music that will undoubtedly please every attendee.

Borgeous recently blew ULTRA away with his prime spot on the main stage, and the energy he creates within the crowd is sure to transfer into this popular venue. With his album 13 fast approaching, this headlining set is sure to be filled with a mix of old favorites as well as plenty of new. His recent records “Souls” ft. M. Bronx and “Sins” released on Spinnin Records are a complimentary duo that gives a male and female perspective of lovers who have been mesmerized by someone who might not have been the best choice for them. The sexy videos that accompany these tracks are a sneak peak into Borgeous’s ability to create plenty of movement.

The perfect compliment to Borgeous’s high energy is fast growing DJ and producer KAYZO. He’s clearly joined the big dogs after joining the likes of Valentino Khan and Carnage on his Papi Gordo Tour, and has continued to make a name for himself with recent SoundCloud releases to be featured on an upcoming EP. KAYZO premiered his new project with an hour and 45 minute mix: “Welcome to the Doghouse Vol 1,” that gives listeners a taste of his talents in the studio. Deep bass, vocals, hard hitting drops and more permeate this mix, but it’s KAYZO’s ability to work a crowd that makes him a great match for this energy packed show. Don’t believe me? Rounding out the lineup with previous appearances on the Borgeous Souls and Sins tour is DC veteran Morgan Page. Though Morgan Page made an appearance at DC’s Soundcheck around the end of 2015 he is welcomed back with open arms to join this powerful duo. His remix of “Souls” is featured on Borgeous’s remix’s compilation also released by Spinnin Records adding his famous progressive and electro house twist on an this already highly amped track.
