The four-track EP released by DJ/producer veteran Borgeous expands and perhaps renews what you may know about the electronic artist. His releases and shows have been leaning trap-heavy for years now – with that said, Lights Out EP expands and delves into Borgeous’ idea of what some of the hardest-hitting genres in EDM can be. While each track carries eerie brass-heavy elements and high-intensity moments, the EP doesn’t get boring or run together song-to-song. The collective experience of Lights Out is easy to embrace repeatedly.
Borgeous has grown every year since his start in the early 2010’s via various genres, performances, and moments he’s brought to fans and the world. Borgeous has always nailed the ability to both express himself musically and maintain fan loyalty as a publically evolving artist. Staying big is 10x harder than the initial burst. Borgeous’ talents and initiative certainly don’t go unnoticed, in particular with how they help keep him stable demand, but also how a reliable quality standard is something important to both brand longevity and musical originality, as heard in ‘Lights Out‘ EP
