The latest hot EDM talk is the news of a new album by German producer/DJ Alex Ridha aka Boys Noize. Where has Boys Noize been these past two years!? Alex took quite a break from producing his own music under Boys Noize and had been focusing on production for other big artists including Santigold and Spank Rock. He has now announced the release date for his new album is October 2nd 2012, Out of The Black on his own label Boysnoize Records.
The first track released on the album is titled ‘What You Want’. For true Boys Noize fans around the world, we can surely say that this new track has Boyz Noize written all over it! Alex has been known for his obsession of robot noises and old-school hip hop/funky influenced beats and ‘What You Want’ delivers all of the above! Even Dj A-Trak has his two cents about the Boys Noize flavored track tweeting “@Boysnoize the new track is dope!! Sounds like classic Rihda.”
According to Ridha, ‘Want You Want’ is not his first single but all of his album tracks are singles. If all of his new tracks pump out like ‘What You Want’, we are in for one hell of a Boys Noize journey!
