“Face Down” was one of the most popular tunes during BTSM’s recent tour. The trio has expanded the experience of the original by coordinating 3 remixes from 3 rising talents. Riot Ten and Cybrpnk start off pushing the limits of what we know as a banger. SUB-human acts as an experimental intermission, showcasing a remix that surprises, is trippy, and has a huge variation in energy levels, all built into a single remix. Crystalize acts a good ender, a remix that is what fans expect, yet it very much technical, complex, but flows well.
Even remixing BTSM is something many dance music fans, as the groups’ popularity has scaled up to that point. This Canadian trio continues to dominate, the Face Down Remix EP another example as to why.
