Buku has been on a roll this past year. Following the release of his Bassnectar-endorsed anthem “Front To Back” last year, the producer has continued to impress dance music fans with a seemingly endless well of creativity. Recently his melodically massive track “Ready 4” off Spinnin’ Records was featured in the new Madden NFL ’18 video game, prepping the producer for even more notoriety.
Now Buku has released yet another captivating creation with “Control”, a hard hitting track featuring razor sharp lasers, and bone shattering drums. Every moment of this monumental masterpiece immerses the listener in an irresistible whirlwind of sinister sound design. It is hard to believe that such an out of this world track grew out of a charmingly human moment.
“I actually was doing yard work one day, and the idea for the main drop popped into my head,” the producer commented. “I ran inside and wrote down a few notes, and it was the first time I’ve ever adhered 100% to the pre-production plan.”
