On April 14th, just a day after his set, news broke that Calvin Harris pulled the second largest crowed in Coachella history this year. He landed just behind the likes of Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and Tupac’s hologram and on social media he expressed that he was “feeling some type of way“. It should be noted that he wasn’t the final act of the evening and was in competition with closing acts like Outkast, Muse and Arcade Fire.
Harris’ success is extremely well deserved as he has garnered a very large social media following of 6 million Facebook likes and 4 million Twitter followers throughout his career. That also goes without mentioning the time and effort he and his camp put into his music and stage production. As one of the leading forcing in electronic dance music Calvin Harris continues to represent our community in the most positive light.
