Casual T is making waves lately, his music being a major reason why music fans in the greater Austin region and online are paying attention. Following up his single “Why?,” “Bath?,” is trippy and poppy, a soft trap-esque beat steadily trotting as raspy vocal versus take center stage. The result is not only easily enjoyable for a wide variety of music-listeners, but gives more insight into the world Casual T is trying to convey with his upcoming EP Lovers? Casual T aka Travis Drews is an Austin native that is beloved in the scene, with a years of music production experience under his belt, as well as a recent history of performances, this soloist’s activity is paying off in 2019. Casual T found inspiration in a medical event that happened at a 2012 festival, which, in the end, perpetuated his love for music and eventually lead to the creation on this EP. If this dude doesn’t have passion I don’t know who does.
