Up-and-coming producer Chet Porter is a youngster on the fast track to stardom, having received support from a diverse group producers like Galantis and Ryan Hemsworth. Armed with a distinct, unique downtempo style, the talented young producer has offered us his own take on Hayley Williams’ and Zedd’s huge tune “Stay the Night,” turning the platinum certified record into a melodic track.
By infusing Williams’ organic vocals with a melodic bass line, Mr. Porter takes the massive festival banger and turns the track on is head. His remix is one for the ages, masterfully weaving together Williams’ uplifting vocals with glittering synths and melodies to create beautiful sonic landscapes. Though Porter is still in his nascency as a producer, this track only serves to further reaffirm his musical talents.
