What is UP, WRR! It’s been over 6 months since I’ve posted – in that time, I graduated from college, and now have been working my day job as an engineer in manufacturing. I don’t know how frequently I’ll be able to post, but its good to be back.
On to the music: I’ve got a couple EDM remixes of the 90’s classic Chumbawumba – Tubthumping for you today. Neither is that recent/new, but they’re great regardless and perhaps they slipped under your radar.
First is the smooth electro-house mix from the well-known and oft-featured mashup artist 3LAU, alongside Acetronik. Traditional big-room house buildup to a bouncing bassline:
Next is an upbeat, head-boppin remix that I stumbled across recently from Moscow-based DJ Solovey. I don’t know much about him other than what a quick google search shows you, but I love this track. It’s more similar to the original, and while it doesn’t womp by any means, its just fun to listen to:Happy America Day everyone!
