“City of Bones” Soundtrack features Zedd, Bassnectar and Seven Lions

“The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones” is a highly anticipated movie of this end-of-summer season based on the novel series written by Cassandra Clare. It’s based off the the city of Manhattan but with a demonic twist.  Basically it’s a story full of magic, demons, actions, and a slight twist of romance (but not too much of it).

Critics have rated the movie to be not so great but fans rave about the back-to-movie adaption (see what I did there?), but the soundtrack is a different matter. With original tracks from Zedd, Bassnectar, and Seven Lions, this soundtrack is loaded with electronic dance music. The music goes perfectly with the upbeat, dramatic, action sequences that avid fans of the books would love.

Note: 

As an avid fan of the book series, I can’t wait to get my hands on the hardcopy of this soundtrack.  My car rides will be super epic.
