Brooklyn’s championing event chiefs The Cityfox Experience have announced the debut of their most recent and unique venture, Cityfox Live. Just as the title alludes to, the one-day event will showcase strictly live audiovisual sets with many marking exclusive US debuts from headlining players. Set to take the stage are industry stalwarts Âme (Live)Stephan Bodzin (Live), Octave One (Live), Frank Wiedemann b2b Mathew Jonson (Live), Mathew Jonson b2b Dandy Jack (Live), Giorgia Angiuli (Live), Johannes Brecht (Live), Justin Marchacos with Abe Duque (Live), Rodriguez Jr. & Liset Alea present RJLA (Live), Ruede Hagelstein (Live), Tim Engelhardt (Live), John Tejada and Reggie Watts present Wajatta (Live), and VRIL: Anima Mundi (Live).
All of the live action will go down at Brooklyn’s unrivaled warehouse event space, Avant Gardner on President’s Day Weekend, Saturday, February 16 from 10pm to 430am
Spanning an entire city block, Avant Gardner’s multi-roomed, industrial haven has hosted a number of New York City’s biggest and best events in recent years. A few standout nights include Cityfox ODYSSEY NYE & NYD, Richie Hawtin’s CLOSE with Amelie Lens, ELROW, and Cityfox Halloween, just to name a few.
Gathering 13+ artists together to play live on the same stage is most definitely a feat to boast about, but more so, an experience you won’t want to miss.
