Can we just take a moment to acknowledge this cover highly resembling Claude VonStroke? Cool. Now, on to the newest EP from the Big Bird himself, joining forces with his old time friend Marc Houle who lived across the Detroit River in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. We can only imagine these two setting up decks on each side of the river going head to head for all of the Americans and Canadians to see. Or something like that.
Fly Guy brings forth Claude VonStroke, friends for over 25 years who are collaborating for the first time with “Fly Guy” which is nothing less than homage to the funkier side of techno from back in its prime, and a juicy Claude VonStroke remix of Marc’s classic “Arizona” to round it out.
