Rising duo Corporate Slackrs are back again with new track “Wasted Love” featuring Emma Zander. The track is out now via Tiesto’s label, Musical Freedom, and Insomniac Records. In their new work, the guys are crushing it, not imposing any limits to their creativity and rising above any genre’s boundaries.
“Wasted Love” is a manifesto to youth and broken hearts, as the artists themselves have said:
[The track] is somewhere we’ve all been… young and broke, messed up relationship, in love, friends with benefits, wasted at a party, not that into someone, seeking something we haven’t found. It’s a blur of all that happening at the same familiar party spots we’ve all been to. It also has that tinge of darkness that harsh reality gives us, kind of like the pounding headache of a hangover the next day.
Adding to the track’s already close to perfection production are Emma Zander’s flawless vocals. Paired with the sound of guitars and swirling around bold lyrics, Emma’s voice turns “Wasted Love” into a masterpiece of future electronic pop.
Corporate Slackrs started their journey back in 2012 with debut track Smash and quickly rose to the top of playlists everywhere. Now included in Musical Freedom and having Tiesto’s support, Corporate Slackrs is sure to get more recognition soon. We couldn’t expect any less from one of the most promising duos in the music scene.
