Crookers Drops A Must-Hear Remix EP For “Able To Maximize” Along With Upcoming Tour Dates

Widely renowned for his distinctive, eccentric and innovative style, Italian DJ/producer Francesco ‘Phra’ Barbaglia, best known by his alias of “Crookers”, has just dropped a striking remix EP for his vivacious single, “Able To Maximize”. With the original having already been very well-received by dance music fans, this assortment of remixes is sure to satisfy the tastes of a wide range of listeners, with a plethora of different genres and styles of electronic music being represented on the EP.

Noteworthy, and inventive remixes from Dutch-house icon, Chuckie, house duo, Franskild, British bass artists, Mao, and Suck Fake as well as Digi can be found on the EP, with each artist putting their own individual spin on the original. As would be expected, Chuckie transforms the tune into a high-energy Dutch house banger, loaded with electrifying synths and powerful bass lines, whilst Franskild takes a slightly more minimalistic route, giving it a classic deep house-sounding rearrangement. The Mao remix presents a darker variation of the original, with warm, haunting synth pads, and rhythmic percussion lines throughout to complement the intermittent vocal samples. Suck Fake’s remix, which is available as a free download, brings a new layer of intensity and verve, cleverly playing upon the existing elements, and revamping the tune into a hard-hitting, grooving house track.
