Trap Nation / Lowly Palace have been getting quite experimental with their releases as of late. CRVE U is an excellent extension of the sounds the label has been pushing nowadays as well.
Within “Warped Tides,” CRVE U’s most outstanding element has to be his style with synths; his sound design and melodies here are on point. To balance it out, the bridges are very melancholy and dark, acting as a natural juxtaposition for the single. The final drop truly pulls together fast-paced rhythm and arpeggios that get’s the heart-rate pumping and finally closes with the vocal sample that the song began with – delivering a “full circle” feeling that delivers contentment. All around this track stands out.
I have personally heard CRVE U’s upcoming releases, they are all forward thinking future bass / bass tunes that are going to blow minds in 2017.
