RaverRafting has been following Crywolf’s sound progression for years. Jumping on every opportunity to see and hear the North Carolina native producer, we’ve always felt like he is something special. A few months ago at Euphoria Music Festival in Austin, we stumbled upon Dallas native, Skrux. We immediately fell in love with his melodic dubstep sound and true passion for making music. Fast forward to now and our dreams have come true. Crywolf and Skrux have collaborated to produce a raw and emotional new single entitled “Tides.”
Just like the tides we see in the ocean, this track pulses with calm and fluid undertones of synth extended chords. “Tides'” bass drops are timed perfectly to give you a whirlwind experience of heavy dub. Cry wolf and Skrux’s separate tendencies shine through, but they come together seamlessly to produce a quality dreamstep track that anyone will enjoy.
