The rising 22-year-old Spanish superstar DJ and producer Danny Avila has made quite the entrance into the dance music scene, amassing a huge amount of plays on Spotify and Soundcloud, a b2b Spinnin’ Sessions guestmix with the ladies of Nervo, and countless festival appearances and club sets around the world since an even younger age. He’s keeping that wave rolling with his first massive release of 2018 with The Vamps and the American rap-destroyer Machine Gun Kelly.
“Too Good To Be True is the next level for me and I can’t think of anyone better to have worked on this than The Vamps and Machine Gun Kelly. Working with these artists has been one of the biggest motivations and inspirations for me to date!”
The Vamps have also been on the up and up since their inception, and their prowess is evident on “Too Good to be True” as they round out the track with relatable vocals. Danny Avila powers the track with a fast-paced piano melody that leads into a synth-infused drop with some distorted lyrics that lead into a powerful verse from Machine Gun Kelly that is half sung/half rapped. MGK has been one of the hardest working rappers in the game, so he’s a perfect fit into this puzzle piece of masterful sound. Since “Too Good to be True” dropped just a few days ago on March 2, it’s gained almost a half a million streams on Spotify alone since then. We’re sure that number will continue to duplicate as it hits airwaves and upcoming festival season.
