On June 30th, Governors Beach Club was undoubtedly the place to be yet again for Dash Berlin’s #MusicIsLife world tour, presented by Made Event. The evening started off with a set by Zack Roth – an up and comer to surely look out for in the near future. He blew fans away as the concert goers slowly started arriving onto the island. Roth had everyone up on his or her feet inside the tent as soon as they got there, as he consistently presented the crowd with dark, progressive tunes throughout his set.
Tritonal was up next and hit the decks just before sunset – the crowd went nuts as Dave and Chad made their way to the booth. I have to start off by saying that these two are by far one of the most exciting and enthralling artists to watch on stage. They really know how to get a crowd going. Chad and Dave were smiling from ear to ear from the moment they stepped on stage to the moment Dash got on. You can see really see how much they love what they do and how appreciative they’ve become of their fans and of the electronic music industry. Not only was Tritonal’s energy so contagious, they absolutely killed it.
When Dash Berlin hit the decks for a total of 3-hours, he pleased the crowd with his interactive set, really portraying the unity of the trance family. Dash dropped everything you’d hope to hear and more. Jonathan Mendelsohn, who has recently been featured on Dash’s new #MusicIsLife album, also made a live guest appearance to deliver his vocals for “Better Half of Me” and “World Falls Apart”. His unexpected performances really heightened the emotion and energy on the island that evening. With both of Dash’s hands in the air, “On My Way To Heaven” was also another highlight of the night. Throughout Dash’s set, he also threw bottle after bottle of water into the crowd to hydrate his fans. Towards the end of Dash’s set he dropped dashups “DJ Ease My Apollo Road” and “Zombie Promises”, and the entire crowd was singing along and dreading the end of his set.

All in all, the night was a huge success, as these interactive DJs created such a united atmosphere. The visuals rearing the booth were also unreal and something you didn’t want to miss seeing during the show. Fans disregarded the scorching heat that evening and left very pleased with the result of Zack Roth, Tritonal, and Dash’s impressive sets.
See you this weekend for Juicy Beach NYC with Robbie Rivera!
