Steez Promo’s Mega returns to the nation’s capital on November 2, 2012 with Nero headlining at the brand new venue Echostage. Echostage was formed by Panorama Productions in September and has already hosted some of the biggest names in electronic dance music like Avicii, Dada Life and Sander van Doorn. Later this year, Tiesto, Big Sean and Steve Angello will make their respective debuts.
It goes without saying that for electronic dance music on the East Coast; it’s New York, Washington DC and Miami. No one else even comes close. And now Steez Promo (who’s been packing shows since 2002) will bring some of the heavier sounding dubstep, drum and bass and even a little trap to the district.
Mega 2012 is headlined by Nero. That in itself is reason enough to go. Supporting acts include Delta Heavy, Kill Sonik, Bro Safari and some dude named Knoxbox. If the rumors I keep hearing from all of these women about this dude Knoxbox are true, you won’t want to miss his set to get your night going.
A limited amont of tickets are available for only $25, but I expect these prices to go up in the next few weeks. This event will sell out like every other Steez show, so don’t be the person begging friends on facebook for a ticket the day of the show.
