Deadmau5 New Years Eve 2012 [CONFIRMED]

Today we were able to confirm that Deadmau5 will be playing at Pier 36 on New Years Eve 2012 in New York City. The announcement was just announced by Ever After NYC, who will be promoting the event with JoonBug and AreaEvent involved in production.

After just closing out another 6 night run at the Roseland Ballroom one of the largest producers in electronic dance music is coming back to New York for New Years Eve right down the street from Swedish producer Avicii.

Tickets for Deadmau5 New Years Eve 2012 will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, October 18th, 2011 at 9:00 AM and sold through Joonbug. We are expecting ticket supply to be extremely low as the flyer is promoting that is a limited engagement.

THIS IS A GUARANTEE SELL OUT and if it’s anything like recent super electronic dance music events like Avicii New Years Eve, Swedish House Mafia at MSG, or Ultra Music Festival expect a lot of slow servers.

How to Snag Tickets

First, make sure you sign up for an account with Joonbug now. Around 8:00 AM (yes an entire hour before) make sure that you are logged into the website. Once you click your request for the tickets DO NOT click refresh no matter how slow it’s going because you will lose your spot in line.  Use a program like Jing to take screen shots because if the servers crash, you may be able to email support and buy tickets.
