No matter how over-saturated the electronic music world gets there will always be room in people’s lives for sounds that are new and original. Producer Demur has one of those fresh sounds, and with only two original tracks currently released he’s already proven that he is a force to be reckoned with.
Demur’s newest song “DECLARATION”, released Wednesday, is an aggressive and gritty track that fuses the world’s of garage rock and EDM. Distorted guitars, huge kick drums, and complex drum fills are the stars of this track, creating a drop that slaps you straight in the face. While the sounds themselves are intense, the melody played by the main guitar is quite uplifting, a prime example of why dichotomy in tracks keeps them interesting and re-playable.
