Drumcode’s finest Dense & Pika are expected to get down to East London intimate venue XOYO for a killer show with Reset Robot on Friday the 30th of June. 2011 saw the release of their white label series but were very soon picked up by the illustrious techno label owned by none other than Adam Beyer, Drumcode. They also released through Scuba’s Hotflush imprint and Hypercolour.
After performances at Trouw, Panorama Bar, Fabric and Gashouder, XOYO are lucky to have artists like Dense & Pika grace their booth decks. Known as techno outsiders, their techno is definitely of the pummeling hard kind with swollen sounds and slamming bass kicks. Fellow Drumcoder Reset Robot, an outstanding producer in his own right will be showcasing what Portsmouth is made of in the UK’s capital next week.
