Will Holland and Enhanced Music have come together to bring trance fans around the world two game changing CDs to complete the volume six installment of the Digitally Enhanced series. DJ Mag calls Enhanced Music “The label that delivers tune, after tune”, we agree.
Since the beginning of the summer, Will Holland’s mix has been highly anticipated. In the UK, Holland has been busy personalizing CDs for his loving fans whom have pre-ordered a copy or their own. The young producer has worked hard to get where he is today and with the completion of founding “one of the most famous trance labels today” (says Armin Van Buuren), it’s safe to say that Enhanced Records will continue to prosper with the release of volume six.
Digitally Enhanced Records is blessed with many talented producers and DJs from all aspects of the industry. This sixth installment features over thirty tracks including new releases from rising artists that are promised to become favorites by the end of the summer. Each CD features a beautiful, melodic vibe that progresses into uplifting ups and downs that every trance fan will surely love.
I like to call the first CD: the ultimate progressive CD. From beginning to end Holland delivers progressive melodies that flow and glide together seamlessly. Sweet progressions, natural rhythms, and touching lyrics make up the blissful sounds that you’ll hear over an hours time. A great example of this is Juventa’s “Move Into The Light”.
Recently signed artist like Johan Vilborg, Nic Toms and Thomas Hayes add explosive synths to make this a complete introduction to what Enhanced Records and trance music is becoming as a whole. I was extremely pleased to hear the festival mix of Tritonal’s “Bullet That Saved Me”, that selection gave CD one a moving and inspirational ending.
Holland leads us straight into CD two with an introduction from Matt Fax, into uplifting vocals and extended mixes from artists like Steve Kaetzel. While listening to CD two I was surrounded by dimmed lights and the darkening sky outside of my window. As the melody progressed into a more tech-y vibe, I couldn’t help but imagine being in a club atmosphere.
Holland and Enhanced Records continue to create a flawless make up of trance melodies and euphoric tracks throughout CD two’s entirety. I was at a loss for words when Will gave us Daniel Kandi’s remix of JayB’s “Pegasus” which lead perfectly into Suncatcher & Falcon’s “Hashtable”. It’s safe to say that I was left breathlessly desiring more from Enhanced and another listen to Will Holland’s electrifying volume six release.
