With the Aspen X Games boasting a stellar lineup of musical acts for its broadcast this weekend, it is no surprise that the Summer X Games (to be held in Austin, Texas) has decided to follow suit, announcing a list of performers studded with electronic artists for the three-day event. The list of DJs/producers scheduled to play at the games is comprised of Grammy nominee Pretty Lights, everyone’s favourite funny-man, Dillon Francis, Candyland, and Cash Cash. These big-name DJs and producers will also be playing alongside some very prominent non-electronic artists such as Kanye West and Mac Miller.
The concerts will be held at the Austin 360 Amphitheater, and tickets go on sale this coming Friday. The event will be taking place from June 5-8, 2014, and these sets will likely be live-streamed for fans to watch at home. From the looks of it, the musical portion of the Austin X Games is guaranteed to be just as epic as the extreme sports!
