With their single “Boy Oh Boy” having reached massive levels of success last year, it was only fitting that distinguished producers Diplo, and Miami duo, GTA, would accompany the track with an equally jaw-dropping video. That’s where some seriously creative fans came in, who boldly rose to the challenge when they put out an open call for fans to “think outside the twerk” and come up with a creative Vine post to submit. These unique submissions were artfully collated in order to produce the video, which is definitely one-of-a-kind.
Prefaced by a series of comical warnings, the video features a plethora of fan-made Vines which contain almost everything and anything you can imagine; flamboyant dancing, dogs DJing, sports fails, and of course, an abundance of twerking. Being the inventive artists that they are, this was a very interesting way for Diplo and GTA to get these dedicated fans involved, with a result that clearly embodied the lively spirit of the genre.
