Skrillex & Diplo have been fairly quiet about their side project, labeled as “Jack U”. The pairing had their worldwide festival premiere at Ultra Music Festival this year and proceeded to played one of the most electrifying sets that our WhiteRaverRafting team has ever seen.
Over the last year we’ve heard several Jack U sets, ID tracks and reported on their progress as a duo. Now we’re excited to report that Skrill-y and Mr. Express Yourself are indeed working on an album.
We learned this information thanks to a curious tweeter, @yadiel1996, who asked about a Skrillex x Riff Raff collaboration on #NEONiCON – Riff Raff’s recently released album.
