The Grammys have come and gone but the awards season trudges onward. After a night of seemingly endless collaborations (including the live return of Daft Punk), the BRIT Awards has appeared to up the ante of the Grammys by teasing a Lorde/Disclosure collaboration. Nothing more exciting than seeing the Disclosure face superimposed over Lorde’s now-ubiquitous frame.
The BRIT Awards are essentially the U.K.’s version of the Grammys. Disclosure, Lorde, Calvin Harris, Daft Punk, and many more are up for awards this year. Pharrell, Ellie Goulding, Rudimental, and others are currently set to perform. After Lorde expressed her love for Disclosure’s album Settle over Twitter, many hoped for a potential collaboration. Perhaps this performance will eventually lead to a new song with the two rising stars.
The BRIT Awards are scheduled for February 19th.
