Widely known, and highly-respected for their collaborative trance tune with Tiesto, the Disco Fries have just paired up with Damien Anthony to bring us their new track, entitled “Get Up”. In celebration of reaching 50k likes on Facebook, the duo has released it a free download on Liftoff Recordings. This track is definitely up to the Disco Fries’ usual standard, it being a very dynamic track that skillfully meshes together a variety of different synths and effects to give it’s unique, and distinctive sound.
The duo is renowned for their ability to maintain a delicate balance between genres within a track, often managing to blend different characteristics of progressive, and big-room house in an artful, and proficient manner. With its catchy rhythms, and powerful, grinding basslines, “Get Up” is sure to be a hit on the dance floor in the upcoming year. 2013 has also been a massive year for the duo, having collaborated with esteemed DJ/producer Tiesto, remixing for several big-name artists such as Foxes, Katy Perry, and Cobra Starship, as well as earning a solid fan base.
