On October 14th the Draw4Deadmau5 twitter handle was created by a young boy, named Darius, and his father. Darius pledged to draw a Deadmau5 head every day until he meets Deadmau5, Joel Zimmerman, in person (Hopefully in Edmonton on December 28th).
It all started out as a mission, a dream, and something that neither this young boy or his father thought was possible. However, Darius stuck to his promises and after seven drawings the legendary Mau5 acknowledged their campaign on Twitter.
It turns out a gentleman by the name of Joshua Davis caught wind of Darius’ dreams. By simply sending and email to Joel, Davis set Darius’ mission under a light of hopeful reality.
With 30 pictures under his belt and roughly 52 to go, Darius with continue to draw everyday until December 28th. We’re hopping his dreams come true, and we believe they will. His mau5 heads range in style from superheroes to cakes and pumpkins.
