Canadian producer Dropwizz, based in Toronto, is releasing a new riveting single called “Burn” on January 26th. The song is his follow-up to his debut track “Gulag” on FUXWITHIT‘s album, Champions Of The Underground Vol. 1. Dropwizz has been gaining popularity in the bass music scene with a number of successful releases on brednbutter, including the infectious original “FOOTWORK”, which has received close to 900,000 streams. “Burn” showcases his signature style in an energetic and intense manner.
Aligning with its name, “Burn” is guaranteed to heat things up and leave a lasting impression. Speaking on the track, Dropwizz shares, “listeners will first be welcomed by a mantric melody with a hint of mystery, then progressing into an unexpected buildup which then evolves into a violent and energetic bass drop. I personally picture myself entering a dungeon where I will have to battle the final boss, doing whatever it takes to prevail victorious.” Additionally, the brass stabs in “Burn” contributes to the overall intensity, bringing the trap anthem to the next level. Merging components of vintage electronic trap with new wave bass music, “Burn” is a unique and standout track that is sure to set crowds on fire when played live.
