Duke and Jones have dropped another exciting and melodic single, this time releasing it on Zeds Dead’s label Deadbeats. The single, titled “Surrender” combines festival-friendly production structure, a heavy bass feel, and a spacious sampling style. Together, it forms a sound that comes off epic, anthemic, and like few other sounds you hear out there. Deadbeats was keen to pick this one up for the roster.
2019 is looking just a strong now as it was a few months back for the fast rising duo. D&J have remixed Zeds Dead, Zedd and Jauz, Zedd even stated that the act was “one of his favorite new artists.” Pretty major compliment coming from someone like him. Duke & Jones craftmanship comes from the hours they put into the studio. From experimental bass and trap-influenced bass releases which now account for over 2 million streams across major platforms collectively, Duke & Jones are on the up and up to say the least.
