Canadian duo Dzeko & Torres made their Dim Mak Records debut on December 18th with their ‘Hey’ EP. The three track work consists of ‘Hey’, ‘Check This Out’, and ‘Buppy’. ‘Hey’ features a fast paced electro house melody that lingers throughout the tune, a ‘Hey’ vocal outburst, multiple build ups, and an earth shattering kick drum.
‘Check This Out’ showcases the pairs heavier sounds, at around forty five seconds the record starts to pick up and take the shape of a bigroom banger. The build up is long but not dissapointing, the drop defines this track and the fog horn was surely added to hype up a festival sized crowd. ‘Buppy‘ was chosen to close out the EP, it may sound familiar because D&T released it for free in October.
