Update: This is an April fools joke… and we thought there was hope. ;(.
The EDC: Sea festival may actually be set for spring 2015. Today a flyer purportedly announcing the festival was leaked online. While it may be April Fool’s, the flyer seems legitimate and follows a copyright Insomniac filed back in June 2013. The flyer states the cruise festival will set sail from Miami in spring of 2015 and tickets will go on sale August 22nd.
Stylized as EDSEA, the festival takes a page out of Holy Ship and the Mad Decent Boat Party’s books in combining a cruise with a festival experience. We await official official confirmation from Insomniac or Pasquale Rotella. Until then, consider this a rumor.
