EDCO Artist Spotlight: John Summit

EDC Orlando’s lineup is bigger than ever as they celebrate their 10th anniversary. Leading up to the festival we’ll be showcasing some of our must-see artists for this year’s fest! This week we share bring to you one of the hottest names in house music, John Summit!

Coming from a city that brews house culture, Chicago native John Summit has quickly made a name for himself, following the success of the release of ‘Deep End’ in June 2020 which charted #1 overall on Beatport, was named Pete Tong’s Essential New Tune, and drew support from BBC Radio 1’s like Annie Mac, Adele Roberts, Danny Howard, Scott Mills, and MistaJam.

Through label-giants Defected, Repopulate Mars, Dirtybird, and Solotoko he’s released some groundbreaking originals including ‘Thin Line’ which amassed over 8 million total streams, as well as ‘Beauty Sleep’ and ‘Make Me Feel’; both of which sat at the top of Beatport’s overall chart.
