2022 has treated Edison Cole well, from hundreds of thousands of plays coming his way just this year, to having a collaboration with none other than SAYMYNAME. He’s a sick producer who knows how to bring the heat and is continually getting recognized for this. “Ur Love,” is the latest example of what he’s able to bring to the table. It features a well-balanced format of melody and high-octane bass moments. Although this form of riddim and dubstep is not a new concept, there’s something about the arrangement and writing that Edison Cole displays which allows him to separate himself from the masses. The piano-vocal bridge in the middle provides a break from action – the juxtaposition being apart of the positives that makes this single a win.
Currently 25 years old, Edison Cole has hit some serious high points since putting a heavy focus on his music career. From his songs getting played out by UMF Miami 2019 from The Chainsmokers, to collaborations with names like LOOKAS and the above mentioned SAYMYNAME, it’s no wonder his play count is as high and his catalog is deep.
