Rounding out an already great Phase 1 release, Electric Forest has put their touches on the musical talent awaiting us in Rothbury this year. The Sherwood Forest has long been about far more than just the music, however, it never hurts to have a great roster of musicians for the long weekend. In typical EF fashion, this year appears ready to bring the heat just as in years past.
Added to the festivities this year are some big time performances…we will be treated to a 2nd STS9 set (an acoustic Axe The Cables set), Random Rab, Zoogma, Daily Bread, Liquid Stranger, Russ Liquid, The Geek x VRV and many more gems. Perhaps just as exciting, five curated stages will also be awaiting us; Bassrush, Night Bass, Soul Clap House of Funk, Anajuanadeep, and our favorite, the All Good Records stage (you can bet on head honcho GRiZ stepping on and off throughout the weekend).
Expect more news out of EF camp in the coming weeks, as we can still expect more artists to be announced as well as information on the Silent Disco and Curated Events. Unfortunately tickets have long ago sold out, but stay on the lookout and keep your fingers crossed. As always, don’t feed the scalpers! June 23rd will is right around the corner and will be here before we know it, we hope to see you there.
