Less than two weeks separate us from a long-awaited return to Rothbury, MI. Electric Forest has been on our minds for some time now…but as the phases, curated stages and details rolled in, all that was missing were the set times. As the days have fallen off the calendar and we officially entered T-minus two weeks, we can finally feast our eyes on the day schedule and begin to plan our way through the Forest.
As is the case with all great lineups, there are more artists worth seeing than there is time to see them. Unfortunately (or fortunately), this year’s EF is no exception. Overlaps like Ott/Bonobo/Polish Ambassador/Disco Biscuits to close out Thursday will more than likely draw the ire of some diehards, but that is a small price to pay, and a good problem to have.
