Electric Zoo decided to let the fans know that Toolroom Records would be hosting a 10 Year Anniversary Party at Pacha NYC with Mark Knight, Stefano Noferini, MK and DJ Gina Turner as an official EZOO afterparty, OH AND THERE ARE 14 TOTAL AFTER PARTIES.
This isn’t a money grab. This is Made Event (one of my favorite event promotors / producers) recognizing that dance music culture has evolved in America and a lot of people want a lot of different things.
It’s why they added a second mainstage this year and also why they’re doing so many different after parties. So if you want to listen to deep house, heavy dubstep or run the trap after Zoo, you can.
I’m sure that we’ll be getting more information soon and we’ll definitely keep you updated, but I wanted to remind you guys to buy your Electric Zoo tickets. If you’re going general admission, this is your last chance to get full weekend passes that include shuttle bus transportation.
I rode the bus last year and surprisingly it was one of the smoothest experiences that I’ve had at a festival. Somehow Made Event has solved the logistic nightmare that is getting people out of a music festival.
