Electric Zoo: Evolved Stage Spotlight – Ophelia Records

Electric Zoo: Evolved is just a little over two weeks away from taking over Randall’s Island once again, drawing all walks of party animals to the great city of New York. With the full lineup now released, including the hidden gem, Green Velvet, fans are now able to start planning out their daily game plans to catch the insane amount of heavy hitters on the roster this year. One of our favorite treats we see are stage takeovers, like Eric Prydz, Pryda Arena, and NGHTMRE and Slander’s GUD VIBRATIONS. However, there is one take over that we are just as ecstatic to be apart of, and that is Seven Lion’s Ophelia Records.

After starting the label in 2018, Jeff Montalvo has had even more creative free reign to not only put out his own chart topping tracks, but to bring in his peers in the music industry so they can have a platform to truly shine. Some of the artists that will be included in the takeover are: MitiS, Dabin, Jason Ross, Blastoyz, Said the Sky, Kill the Noise, and more.

It will be damn near impossible to be leaving the Riverside Stage on Sunday, especially for those that love the variety of psy trance, dubstep, electronica, drum and bass, and just about anything else you can think of. That is the magic that Montalvo brings to not only his sets but to Ophelia, the freedom to weave between the genres to truly make something different and special.
