On Thursday September 21, The 2017 Electronic Music Awards will take place live in Downtown Los Angeles. The event will not be like any other traditional awards show though; no sit-downs, no acceptance speeches, no breaks – only dancing and non stop performances from multiple areas within the venue. The show will be broadcast live, globally on Twitter and on SiriusXM at 7:47 pm PST with performances by Moby, Orbital, Illenium, Autograf, Goldfish, Kidnap Kid, Floorplan Live, Madeaux, Ramzoid, Juan Atkins, Delano Smith and the Saunderson Brothers. The Electronic Music Awards Show have also announced a Detroit Dock Techno Takeover that will pay homage to the industrial origins of Techno music, which was indelibly influenced by the factories and warehouses of Motor City.
