Last year, BangOnNYC! went above and beyond to deliver the most memorable festival of the entire year. Now, Elements Lakewood Camping Music & Arts Festival makes its return to the mountains of northeast, Pennsylvania this Memorial Day Weekend, and we can only imagine what they’ve got in store for us this time around. This year’s edition will see headliners Claude VonStroke and Jamie Jones, along with Lee Burridge, Maceo Plex, Jai Wolf, REZZ, TroyBoi and Shpongle. From techno to tech house to trap, joining the lineup will be players like Chris Lake, Thug***er, City of the Sun, Desert Hearts, Alex English, David Hohme, Wax Future, Matt Sebastian, Jackal Jyve, and many more DJs, live acts, bands, and local talent. And of course, the brains behind the beautiful madness of this festival, The Golden Pony, will take to the decks to finish off the weekend.
Springing to life once again in the rolling hills of Lakewood, PA on May 25th – 27th 2018, our favorite summer camp will offer of all of the impressive activities, games, art installations, health and wellness programming, vendors, markets, and live performances introduced to us in its incredible inaugural year. There will be new stages built deep into the forest, like the Porch Stage, dedicated to exciting local NYC live talent. Food options with 24/7 service, expanded selection of market vendors, General Store, and VIP services will enhance the attendee experience.
As it stands, the howling wolves of the Earth Stage will welcome REZZ, Troyboi, and Jai Wolfe to its decks, while the heat will be turned up on the opposite side of the camp at the Fire Stage with Chris Lake, Fisher, a Desert Hearts takeover, Golden Pony, and the return of Claude Vonstroke. Nestled in the heart of the mystical woods you’ll find Lee Burridge, Jamie Jones, Be Svendensen, and Thugfucker at the Air Stage, and somewhere along the beaten path will be the reveal of the new Alchemy Stage, providing deep beats and ethereal sounds from sunset to sunrise.
Like we mentioned earlier, Elements Lakewood 2017 was one of our favorite festivals of the year and the most impressively executed overall. We can’t wait to step foot once again into the magical woods of Lakewood to see all that unfolds this Memorial Day Weekend.
