Doug Appling – better known as Emancipator – has graced us with yet another of his beautiful downtempo tracks that we have come to know and love. His new release, “Baralku,” is both the third single and the title track of his upcoming album, dropping November 17th.
Released via his own label, Loci Records, “Baralku” is a melodic journey that blends multiple instrumentals, including the violin, an Emancipator signature. The electronic productions have an old school, video game sounding quality to them, but used in a uniquely calming way. “Baralku” is a track that is sure to reduce your stress level down to zero.
“Baralku” follows in the steps of “Ghost Pong” and “Goodness,” the two equally ethereal first releases off the upcoming 14-track LP. Fans have been waiting a long time for new Emancipator music and these three tracks have us eagerly awaiting the rest of the album.
In more exciting Emancipator news, 2018 will bring the full Emancipator Ensemble on tour across the United States.
