With many producers looking back to look forward, it’s no wonder we’re being flooded with new takes on club classics. Endor uses Bizarre Inc.’s “I’m Gonna Get You” as inspiration for his newest release, “Gunna Be Mine”.
The Brighton based producer has been releasing music for a while, but really started hitting his stride within the last year or two. It all started with his bootleg of Skream’s “In For The Kill”, and from there his house sound has been evolving and refining. He has been supported by the likes of Mistajam, Fatboy Slim, and the Black Madonna and his talent has been recognized in all corners of the dance music scene.
“Gunna Be Mine” modernizes a classic from the 90’s and brings it straight into modern clubs. The deep and techy bass-line provides a strong foundation for Endor to satisfy his nostalgic tendencies. These take the form in the utilization of the iconic vocal and high bell tones, that are finally wrapped up with a filthy acid house breakdown. It’s the perfect mix of new and old to bring all club-goers together.
