Eric Prydz’s Epic Radio #013 Is Yet Another Masterpiece [Free Download]

A man of many aliases: Prydz, Pryda, Cirez D, or whatever you may call him, Eric Prydz is second to none when it comes to supplying the dark vibes in progressive house. Just about halfway over, 2014 has been a monsterous year for the Mouseville mastermind. Currently about to embark on a festival run covering the likes of Tomorrowland, Creamfields, SW4, and his massive Madison Square Garden date, this is shaping up to be a defining year in the career of Prydz. After a 6 month hiatus from his EPIC Radio series, Pryda has graced us with three new installments within the past two months; the most recent of which being episode #013. With each release we can look forward to meticulously chosen tracks, beautifully mixed selections, and ID’s deep from the vaults of the unknown. Yesterday’s episode proved to be up to the task and then some.

Kicking off the series with his smash hit “Liberate (Lane 8 Remix)”, you’re welcomed into the mix with a familiar yet refreshing take on a fan favorite. Letting the track play out in its entirety, you’re next ushered into “Tomorrow”, a dark, hard hitting track from Cirez D. Three out of the following six selections are ID’s, keeping up with the tradition of gracing fans with old, never-to-be-released tracks. As the mix comes to a close, a soothing Pryda classic “Europa” is introduced before closing out with “Higher State of Conciousness”, a frenetic track from Josh Wink.
