“If you want to hear new music, come see it live” – Eric Prydz

Earlier we tweeted Eric Prydz asking for another EPIC Radio Mix (it’s been too long) and in an indirect / totally unrelated way he responded.

Prydz recently interviewed with RollingStone (who’s realizing EDM coverage should be there #1 priority) talked about how Depeche Mode is one of his top influences, hinted at a US tour and how he saves most of his new tracks for live performances.

“If you want to hear new music, come and see it live,” he said. But it’s all part of his artistic approach. “I don’t really make music to release. I make music that I feel is missing from my record box when I’m out DJing” – Eric Prydz
