Last year we were lucky enough to attend New Jersey’s premier camping festival F.A.R.M Fest and enjoy some live electronic music featuring names like EOTO, Papdosio, and Liquid Stranger. This year, with a new location and a similar vision we’re expecting a bigger and more banging version of 2014.
We spoke to one of the organizers a couple months ago and he told us the decision to move to South Jersey was a direct result of space. 2014 saw about 3000-4000 attendees, but this year F.A.R.M is expecting a larger crowd and so the new location was needed to adequately accommodate the anticipated crowd.
We believe there’s something to be said for a fest that is so small you don’t need your totem and you see the same faces running around all weekend. Although they’re expecting more people, we don’t foresee F.A.R.M losing its appeal as a smaller fest. We loved it with the vibes that it gave off last year and after talking with the organizers and seeing their love and passion for this fest, we fully expect to enjoy more of the same, but with some new surprises.
